Hello Everyone!
Firstly I want to thank you personally for even taking the time to check in on our mission here at LeVue Photography.

Who are we:
LeVue LLC is an arts company specialized in photography and video.  It was founded 5 years ago by owner Gabriel J. and based in NYC and servicing various organizations in the Tri-State area.

What we do (From Owner Gabriel J.):
Our wheelhouse is Portraiture where we've offered various photography services for individuals and/or organizations. Sessions range from Business Headshots, Weddings, to Family/Maternity.

LeVue became a platform to offer photography classes to all ages through multiple partnerships, one of which being PhotoManhattan.

Growing up in a low-income community of Brooklyn, I always look for ways to come back around and bring outside experiences to those who may not be blessed enough to access it. One of my personal missions is to bring these high quality services, whether it be high quality photos, or fun activity/courses, to lower income communities around NYC, at low cost or free of charge!

Summer 2018, we partnered with The Door, Gibney Dance and Confidanz program, to bring a four part course to the dancers at The Door program, free of charge for them.  The project-based program resulted in having their photos displayed at the Whitney Museum during an end of summer show!

Winter 2018, a Christmas photo event was held for families free of charge at Camba After-School program based in Bed-Stuy Brooklyn.

HERES WHERE YOU COME IN! What can you do?

Great news, in April 2019, LeVue was able to secure it’s very own studio space on W 14th street located in Chelsea, Manhattan. While maintaining classes for adults, we are looking to expand our teaching services to our neighboring families as well as the lower income communities.

Our new program, “Young Photographers Club”, will initiate in two phases:

Phase 1

We'd like to offer a drop-in service for children (ages 7-11) on Saturday/Sunday in the neighboring areas. The classes will consist of learning about photography, videography, photojournalism, and story telling throughout the day while creating books and collective pieces that represent them wholeheartedly. Each class will consist of roughly 10 kids, with 2-3 adults with a drop in fee to help fund future projects for the program.

We plan on having field trips every afternoon (weather permitting), bi-monthly photo exhibits where their work can be celebrated with their family and friends, host family events to help the community grow, and photo contests, all in which guardians can count on picking up their child at the studio .

Phase 2

We plan to establish a program that caters low-income communities by bringing in Young Photographers Club. We're looking to implement a seasonal project-based program with elementary/middle schools, community centers and/or after-school programs .

At the moment, these are the resources we need to create a quality program for both Phases. With your thoughtful donation and kind heart, we’ll be able to kickstart this program and get started.  Here is a list of supplies the money will attend to:

  • ---20 entry level cameras for each student to use (To keep for Phase 1 and to travel with for Phase 2, alleviating the cost for the receiving program to purchase cameras)

  • ---Memory Cards/Adapters/ other accessories

  • ---Photo Printer (Ink & Paper)

  • ---Tripods

  • ---Tablets (for mobile editing)

  • ---Studio Overhead

  • ---First Aid & CPR Training for all staff

  • ---Mandated Reporting Training

  • ---Photography Program Training

  • ---All Certificates needed to run programming

  • ---Trip funding (Transportation, Identifying Apparel for staff & students , First Aid Kits, Snacks, Water, etc)

  • ---Classroom Supplies (Pens, Paper, etc)

We would appreciate your  contribution and with your help, we'd like to commence in Summer of 2019!  Every donation given will be acknowledged on our donations page on the website**.  Each donation over $500 will receive a free mini photoshoot with an 8x10 print or an event coverage!
Thank you for everything! If you have any questions, please send us an email.
